Privacy Policy

In short

Your audio, image and video files are processed on your own device and are not sent to any server. We only keep the minimum needed to run Premium accounts. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Using the free tools: no account and no files. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.

With an account: your email address, your sign-in sessions (a cookie that keeps you signed in, with the type of device) and the status of your Premium plan.

Payments: handled by Paddle, the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details; we receive only the plan, its status and dates, and a customer reference. We never see your card number.

Who helps us

Cloudflare (hosting and account database), Paddle (payments), Google (only if you choose "Sign in with Google", to confirm your email) and Resend (to send sign-in codes by email).

Cookies and storage

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. The site also saves a few preferences in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while the account exists. Codes sent by email expire in 10 minutes and sessions in 60 days. Payment records are kept by Paddle as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or delete your account, by writing to [email protected]. These rights apply under laws such as the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD.
